Jordan is an active Detective working for a major Southern California Police Department. He has spent the majority of his career working a violent crime specialized unit. His team conducted crime suppression, tactical warrant service, surveillance, and long term investigations on the city's most violent criminal street gangs.

He also serves as a police department firearms, tactics, arrest and control, and use of force instructor. He is a peer member on police use of deadly force review boards and writes police training curriculum. He is a national award winning competitive shooter and is one of a few Officers in history to shoot a perfect “400” on his department’s Bonus Shooting Course with both his left and right hand.

After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University, Jordan began his public service career working as an EMT responding to 911 calls in Los Angeles. Additionally, he led Medical Mission Teams to the Amazon River and Ugandan slums. Jordan’s extensive international work continued into his police career and, in 2015, he was the first non-Congolese person to speak to the Congolese Military and Police in the DRC.

Currently, Jordan works with various local and international human trafficking NGOs. Locally, he has worked private security for various celebrities, VIPs, and backstage at the Oscars. He also has been hired as a Court Qualified Expert Witness.

Jordan’s education, humanitarian work, training, and field experience have given him a first hand understanding of crime, poverty, and society. He trains and teaches around the world to reduce victimization and bridge the gap of understanding between police and the community.
